I work differently than most civil firms.

STEP 01

You share your screen

STEP 02

I design the site plan live

STEP 03

You approve on the same call

Civil site grading plan on a CAD workstation

Instead of the usual back-and-forth email cycle, I offer real-time collaboration. We jump on a quick call or screen share together. I design the site plan live while you watch and give feedback in real time.

Faster decisions. Fewer revisions. A design that actually matches what you want.

Prefer the standard email workflow? That works too. The collaboration style flexes to how you want to work.

What we deliver.

Three core practice areas, one point of contact, and a production network sized to your deadline.

Practice 01

Civil Site Design & Drafting

I help small civil engineering firms and land developers get site plans, grading plans, and utility plans done faster, without hiring full-time staff.

  • Project planning, code research, and due diligence
  • Site investigation reports
  • Preliminary site plans
  • Full civil sets and development order packages
  • Grading and drainage plans
  • Utility and landscape plans
  • Stormwater management and pond design
  • Stormwater modeling (with PE partner)
Practice 02

Land Survey Drafting & Management

Clean, accurate base mapping for every stage of land development, from due diligence through construction.

  • Boundary surveys
  • Topographic surveys
  • ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys
  • Tree surveys
  • Construction layout surveys
  • FEMA elevation certificates
  • As-built surveys
Practice 03

Transmission Line Drafting

I convert PLS-CADD models into final AutoCAD construction drawings that match each utility's drafting standards, Avangrid, Oncor, and others, on first submittal.

  • PLS-CADD to AutoCAD plan and profile sheets via DXF/BXF import
  • Utility-specific technical standards and drawing requirements
  • Clean, submittable plan sets that meet utility acceptance criteria
  • Minimized redlines from the T&D engineering team
  • External drafting capacity so engineers stay focused on design
