Founded by Andrew Kearney, EIT, ARKadia combines 12+ years of land development design experience with real-time collaboration and a carefully built network of experienced professionals. You get high-quality site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, survey base mapping, and transmission line deliverables, without the overhead or delays of a large firm.

A note on licensing. Andrew Kearney is an EIT (Engineer in Training) with 12+ years of civil engineering and land development design experience. ARKadia produces complete, code-compliant site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and transmission line drafting. For final sealed drawings, ARKadia partners with licensed Professional Engineers. Andrew is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
